CRISTIANO RONALDO : THE DEFINITION OF MODERN FOOTBALL

Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Averio , commonly known as Cristiano Ronaldo or shortened as CR7 , was born on 5th Feb 1985 at Funchal , Maderia , Portugal

He began his career at Andorinha , later moving to CD Nacional

From there he moved to the Portuguese giants Sporting Clube de Portugal in 1997

In 2003 , he caught attention of Sir Alex Ferguson , the manager to Manchester United , and made a move to the English giants

From here his life changed completely

He became the first player to win all the four main PFA and WFA awards in 2007

He also won the FIFA Ballon 'dor in 2008

After spending six successful years in MAN U , Cris made a move towards the Spanish killers REAL MADRID for a record transfer fee of almost 94 million euros

In RMA , his success was at his peak and his record tally is overflowing
